We acknowledge within one business day
Our hours are Mon–Fri 10am–5pm and we are closed Saturday and Sunday, so a Friday-evening submission gets picked up on Monday. It has not been missed.
We propose a survey window
If you gave us a bid or spec deadline, we work back from it rather than forward from today. If the date does not work we will say so at this point rather than at the end.
You get a unit matrix, product data and mill test reports
Every opening with its dimensions, product and fabric; cut sheets for what we are proposing; and the mill's test report for the exact fabric and colourway — not a blanket compliance letter.
