This page explains what Specialty Drapery does with the details you send through this website. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our two forms. The in-home consultation form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the address the consultation would happen at, and what you want the windows to do. The commercial site-survey form asks for your name, organisation, role, work email, phone number and the details of the project. Neither form takes file attachments.
What we use it for
To call you back about the request you sent, and to prepare for the visit or the survey. That is all. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
Who else sees it
The form submission is delivered to us through our website provider's systems so that it reaches the right person. Nobody else receives it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can service what we installed. If you would like your details removed, call (330) 864-4190 (Mon–Fri 10am–5pm) and ask, and we will remove them.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Photographs of your home
If you send us photographs of your windows, we use them to prepare for your consultation. We do not publish a photograph of a customer's home on this website or anywhere else without asking you first, in writing, for that specific photograph.
