A designer comes to your home with fabric, measures every opening, designs the treatment with you in the room it will live in, and gives you a quote before they leave. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation.
What happens next
We call within one business day
Our office hours are Mon–Fri 10am–5pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so a weekend request gets a call on Monday — it has not been missed.
We find a time
We will ask which rooms, roughly how many windows, and what the windows are failing to do, so the designer arrives with the right fabrics in the car.
The designer comes to you
They measure every opening, lay the treatment out with you, and price it at your table. Nothing is ordered off a guess and nothing is emailed a week later.
Why we come to you rather than sell from a showroom
The same weave looks like two different fabrics on a north window and a west one, and an opening that measures square on a drawing rarely is. Both of those are decided in the room, not at a counter — which is why the visit is how we work rather than a service we offer.
If your ZIP is outside the area we normally drive to
Send it anyway. We would rather call you and be straight about what we can do than have a form turn you away — and for a large enough job, or for commercial work, the drive is negotiable. Check we come to your city.
Working on a building?
Commercial projects run differently: a site survey rather than an in-home visit, a unit matrix and a submittal rather than a quote at the table. Request a commercial site survey instead.

The in-home consultation is how the design and the measuring actually happen, so please book rather than dropping in. What happens at the consultation.
