What to say when you call
Nothing has to be prepared, but three things make the call short and the visit useful: roughly how many windows, which rooms, and what the windows are doing that you want changed. “The sun hits the television at five” or “the nursery never gets properly dark” tells us more than “we need blinds”, and it decides which fabrics the designer puts in the car.
If it is a whole house, or a new build where the walls are still open, say so — hardwired motors and the wiring for them are a decision that has to be made before the drywall, and it is much cheaper to raise it now than to retrofit later. Battery, plug-in or hardwired.

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you send the form over a weekend you will hear from us on Monday.
Can I come and look at fabric?
The workroom is a workroom rather than a showroom, and the way to see fabric is a booked in-home consultation — the designer brings it to your rooms, which is genuinely better than looking at it under someone else’s lighting. Call (330) 864-4190 if you would rather talk it through first.
